No! The ceremony will be on grass in the Azul Garden and the reception will be on the Terraza Del Mar rooftop (hardwood floor). So wear whatever shoes your heart desires and be ready to dance.

Double check - Make sure you have enough time on your passport before it expires! If you need to renew your passport, you should give yourself at least 6 months to do so.

Jackie and Joe will be flying out a day early, staying at Grand Velas from Wednesday, July 10th - Monday, July 15th. The room block is for 3 nights, but the same rate is honored if you would like to fly out early or stay a few days after.

Gratuities are included in the price of your stay at an all-inclusive resort. Any additional tipping, while of course appreciated, is completely optional!

The bride and groom would love for everyone to stay at Grand Velas to enjoy all of the festivities together throughout the weekend. Please be advised that for any guest NOT staying at the resort, Grand Velas requires you to purchase a "resort pass" for $220 per person to come onto the property for each event you attend throughout the weekend (welcome party/pool party). Please also note that if the resort is at 85% capacity, you will NOT be able to purchase a resort pass on Thursday or Saturday and will only be allowed on property the day of the wedding (between the hours of 4:00 - 11:00).
